[So, for the first time in a while, Liz is posting a video post without a hint of hesitation. She smiles broadly, her green scaled face flashing pointed lizard-like teeth.

She waves.]



So, um, like... Hi everybody! Um, this is Liz... typically I'm, like, a bit more human looking than this, but way less visible to some people! So, like, myself... yeah, it's a bit weird and I, like, wasn't thrilled at first, but... I'm visible and totally not dead anymore!

Um... Role call, I guess? Are there any other lizard people out there?

[There's something different about Ezra's grin this time, Liz. It's looking a lot less pointy, for one.]

Nope. No lizard people here.

[Liz's eyes widen as she takes in Ezra's appearance and then her wide toothy grin flashes in response.]

No, you're, like, not at all, are you!? Did this place, like, turn you human??

[Excuse Chloe as she tries not to choke for a moment. Well. At least Liz is taking her change rather...cheerfully?]

You're...a lizard? I guess, with everything we've seen and been through, that's not too strange, is it? I'm--I don't think 'an angel' is the accurate term, but I have wings, and these feathers by my ears... I kind of like it, actually. The wings are a bit of a nuisance, though.

And that's the understatement of the century.

How're you doing with all this? Any new lizard-like abilities, or just the green--

[Chloe motions over her face, lifting both brows in slight amusement.]

[Liz grins widely as Chloe appears on the screen, looking her over.]

Like, nice wingspan, Chloe. Can you fly with them, or are they only for show?

[Amused? hell yes she is.]

I'm better with this then, like, being trapped in a dark room for six days. Or, like, having my head removed from my body.

As to, like, abilities... I can do this crazy cool thing with my tongue!

[She tongue flicks by example, her tongue ridiculously long. If Chloe looks, she might even see the tiny barbs at its end that contain a neuro-toxin for stunning prey.]

I--I don't know. I haven't tried flying yet, but I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about it. It'd be pretty cool, don't you think? Useful, even.

[Unlike being a powerful necromancer who suddenly has little to no ability.]

You...were trapped in the dark, too? Oh, god, Liz...

[She shuddered. It was awful, wasn't it? And the heads rolling... Chloe visibly pales. Yeah. This was a cake-walk to all that. Then Chloe is watching her friend waggle her tongue, and she breaks out into peals of laughter.]

Only you, Liz. You sure know how to take a thing and run with it.

[Liz is grinning widely, pointed teeth flashing brightly as she giggles.]

You should definitely try flying! I mean, like, when will you get this chance again, you know? Just, don't like, try jumping off the top of a building or anything, okay?

[Her smile fades a bit at the edges and she nods.]

Yeah... that, like... I'd be okay never doing that again, you know?

[There was some comfort that she hadn't been alone, but that she'd been with Sollux had been pretty ... trying. Then she's grinning again and winks, catching her tongue between her teeth.]

Well, there's no point in, like, being mad about it. It's not, like, going to change anything, right?

[Her grins is wide as she nods.]

Looks about that way! Can't say it's, like, not pretty awesome.

I mean, you always look good, but you know what I mean, right? This is good too. Both ways are good.

Liz has never been quite so grateful for green, scaled skin in her life. Her flush is basically non-existent in this body which saves her any degree of awkward embarrassment.

Although she greatly enjoys the compliment.

She smiles, flashing a row of pointy teeth and moves to shift hair that's no longer there, stopping the motion mid-way.]

Thanks, Ezra... you're like, looking pretty great yourself.
